Our Refund Policy


     Customer satisfaction is important to us.

We provide the full refund if the customer is not satisfied with the quality of our product, within 5 days after its receipt by

the customer. In this case the customer must return the ordered product in original condition and original packaging and

full completeness without damage. The customer service should be contacted for refund and RMA number. Orders must

be returned along with RMA number. Once we receive the package - 100% of the funds will be returned by the way which

money was received or in any other way convinient for the customer as long as it is technically possible.

     If the customer has received damaged, defective or incorrect order, customer should contact us. If this has happened

to  our  fault  or  the fault of the mail  carrier - free  replacement will be  sent.  But if the error was  caused in the  result of

customer misstyping or missunderstanding - the reprinting fee will apply.

     Damaged, worn  or products  with any  other signs of abuse along  with the products  which do not have RMA number

and products purchased from other companies are not refundable.
